CPA Duplex

CPA Duplex industrial vacuum systems with dual pump are mainly used in centralized vacuum systems as units suitable for creating and maintaining a certain vacuum within the system to allow proper operation of the equipment connected.

The CPA Duplex industrial vacuum system is equipped with:

  • Two lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps complete with oil separator exhaust filter;
  • Vacuum-tight welded steel tank complete with condensation drainage valve
  • Two built-in non-return valves on the pump intakes to keep the tank in vacuum with the pumps stopped
  • Two FCM filters with metal bowl to protect the pumps from any impurities present in the system
  • Ball valve on the tank fitting to separate it from the system
  • Electrical control panel
  • Two manually controlled ball valves mounted between the pumps and tank to isolate the pumps during maintenance
  • Manual valve to drain the condensation that forms inside the tan

Main application fields:
vacuum centralized systems.
